Overview

The company 220 kv transformer, the use of the French areva analysis software and the company special computer and validation procedures, for transformer core, coil, machine body, lead, tank etc all-round optimization design and verification, to ensure that product performance.   • Performance characteristics
    • Low loss: no-load loss than the national standard GB6454-1999 fell by 40% or so, load loss than the national standard GB6451-1999 down 15%;
    • Low noise: noise level to reach 60 db below, than the national standards generally drop nearly 20 db. Users have special requirements, but also special design and manufacture (55 db below), satisfy the our country city residents power supply and demand;
    • Beautiful shape: the tank bending corrugated structure, shot-blasting, powder electric spray paint, wide blade plate radiator, swimming do not fade.
    • Low bureau put: 220 kv all the product process are clean homework, implement body internal metal parts, insulating parts all round turn, bureau in 70 PC y109.52 to control the following;
    • Anti-short circuit ability: the company to design and manufacture of SFP10-200000/220 transformer already through national transformer for quality supervision and inspection center short circuit capacity test.
    • No leakage: all seal seam allowance limit, upper and lower box along the double sealing, sealers import. Promise never leakage.
