Overview

This series of amorphous alloy transformer lines combined with the introduction of American Superconductor Energy (ASEC) launched the latest fifth generation of amorphous alloy transformer products (GENE.5LEVEL) manufacturing energy-efficient amorphous alloy oil-immersed transformer. It has signlificant energy savings, energy-saving rate of no-load losses of up to 80% or more. Products with fully sealed structure design, the use of a number of special patented technology, safe and reliable operation, and maintenance-free for life.

    • Non-crystallized alloy iron core: Iron core is winded by non-crystallized alloy belt and four-frame and five-pillar structure is established. The lap of each non-crystallized alloy iron core is overlapped by the latest “semi-layer distribution” in order to guarantee the optimization of overall idled consumption index of products and small and stable property of idled current.
    • Winding: Low-voltage winding is in the copper foil rectangle cylinder structure; high-voltage winding is in the multi-layer structure; during the design and manufacturing, reactance height of low-voltage winding is constant to be higher than the reactance height of high-voltage winding in order to remove the axial power of short circuit in the winding and greatly upgrade the short circuit resistance of products. Terminal insulation shifting design exclusive to Tuff-Flex insulation system is adopted for the high-voltage winding to greatly upgrade the lightning impact resistance of product.
    • Body: Maglev circult suspended magnetic ring patent technology is adopted in the assembly; exclusive non-crystallized iron core positioning technology has enabled non-crystallized iron core to enjoy the best stress status in the storage, transportation and normal operation; therefore, it can guarantee long-term stability and reliability of energy-saving features.
