Epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers

Overview

This series of product is characterized by small partial discharge, low noise, less loss, good heat dissipation, strong dust prevention capacity, strong capacity against sudden short circuit, and high overload capacity. It is mainly applicable to commercial building, high-rise, airport, industrial and mining enterprises, power plant, petroleum platform, subway, tunnel and other important places with special fire prevention requirements. It can be also used together with the switch cabinet to compose of box-type substation.

  • Structural features
    • low-voltage coil of ring hydrogen resin grouted type dry transformer is in the foil winding structure and made of high-quality imported copper foil; high-voltage foil is in the “terraced” sectional and stratified structure and grouted and molded by vacuum epoxy; the interlayer voltage is low; it has a very powerful over-voltage bearing capacity.
    • The iron core of ring hydrogen resin grouted type dry transformer is made of high-quality imported cold rolling crystal grain-oriented electrical steel and processed in the automatic iron core shearing line; it is in 45° inclined jointing structure; the central pillar is bond by special binding process; anti-rust paint is coated on the surface of iron core—it can prevent humidity and rust and effectively reduce noise.

    • Small volume and light weight.

    • Maximum average annual temperature: +20℃
    • Minimum temperature: -5℃ (applicable to indoor transformer)
    • Minimum temperature: -30℃ (applicable to outdoor transformer)
    • Altitude: ≤ 1000m
